Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Because every bow in our Summer Sorbet Collection and The Liberty Line is handcrafted with care by a single maker, our shipping process is broken down into two parts: Processing Time (the time it takes to make your items) and Shipping Time (the time the carrier takes to deliver it to your door).

1. Processing Time (Creation Time)

  • All of our hair accessories are handmade to order.
  • Our standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before your package is dropped off at the post office.
  • During peak seasonal launches (like our 4th of July line), processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a notification email with tracking information the moment your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship all orders via USPS from our studio in Texas, USA. You can choose your preferred delivery speed at checkout:
  • Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 2 to 5 business days transit time.
  • Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 1 to 3 business days transit time.
Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the postal service and are not guaranteed.

3. Missing, Stolen, or Delayed Packages 

Once your package is scanned by the shipping carrier, transit speeds and delivery logistics are completely out of our control.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are delayed by the carrier or stolen from porches.
  • If your tracking status says "Delivered" but you cannot find your box, please check with neighbors, wait 24 hours (as carriers sometimes scan items early), or contact your local post office to file a missing mail claim.
